We provide green, socially conscious housing solutions in metropolitan areas. Our company includes an internal acquisitions team, property management, construction management and crews.
 
Along with our low cost modern living developments, we are able to provide life-sustaining resources for residents with low income status.
 
These resources include: Financial literacy courses, parenting classes, job/career training, credit repair, food bank, clothes and supply donations & community gardens. 
 

the process

1.

ACQUISITION 

Purchase development sites in municipalities that are agreeable with 'cottage community developments' and 'tiny homes'.

2.

DEVELOPMENT (Prep Phase)

Conduct site preparation, utility connection and foundation construction, thus creating the groundwork for future installation of an EVO Haven housing unit.  

3.

PRODUCTION (Shop Phase)

Prefabricate framing, access points and mechanicals of EVO Haven housing unit at our workshop using recycled shipping containers and solar panel systems, while ensuring compliance with federal building code.

4.

INSTALLATION

Transport prefab EVO Haven housing unit to development site for installation to a fixed, concrete built foundation for final construction. 

5.

CONSTRUCTION (Site Phase)

Complete final construction onsite: drywall, bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures, millwork, painting, landscaping, finishes, etc.

6.

CREATION

Provide state of the art affordable housing and low-cost financing to underserved demographics resulting in the creation of new property owners and thriving sustainable communities.
